Refund policy

We want you to love your scent. If not, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product must be mostly unused (≥ 90% remaining) and in its original packaging.
  • Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

How to start a return

  • Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and (for damages/wrong item) photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll confirm instructions and arrange pickup or share the return address.

Processing time

  • We process approved returns/exchanges within 3–5 working days after the item reaches us.

Shipping costs

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For change-of-mind/exchange requests, the customer covers return courier charges.
  • For damaged, leaking, or wrong items received, we cover all courier charges for return or exchange.

Refund method

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa.

Non-returnable items

  • Items used beyond 10%, or returned without original packaging.
  • Free gifts or bundle items not returned together.
  • Mishandled products or bottles returned with scratches or dents that cannot be resold
